The salesman was very professional.  The installer were the best workers I have ever had in my home.  I called the company at the end of the installation to praise them. The job took three days and these men worked hard every minute.  The finished product is perfect and we are so pleased that we went with this company.  They are a little more expensive than the competition, but extra money seems to have been well worth it.

The Territory Manager, Jeff Carter, came to my home to take measurements and determine exactly what I wanted for the new doors (impact vs non, low-E glass, etc). I was very impressed by his professionalism and courteous manner. He came back a second time, bringing a large sample of the sliding door to demonstrate it's quality and engineering. His quote wasn't quite the lowest, but I still haven't decided. I have no reservations about recommending this company to evaluate your door/window needs.

Recently my part time Florida home became my full time home so I decided to replace my windows with insulated bronze tinted windows and to enclose my lanai with insulated impact tinted windows, plus to rescreen my front entry way. Life Style did not submit the cheapest bid nor were they the most expensive. They were in the middle. I chose them based on the fact that the president of the company, Gary McMahon, made the most professional presentation. The windows came first, and before entering any room the installers (by the way, the company has its own installers as opposed to the independent installers that other bidders used) placed drop cloths and rolled kraft paper down - plus they took off their shoes. Since the job required cutting out stucco in some instances it was a messy procedure but it was handled well. After the installation we noticed a few picayune places where the stucco could have been matched better. It was good enough to live with and I shouldn't have bothered complaining or even mentioning it but I called and voiced my concern. The next day the company president was on the scene and the day after I got a knock on the door by an installer who said "I'm here to do anything it takes to make you happy". And, he made me happy. It took a while longer to get the impact windows for the lanai. They were installed with the same degree of neatness that the windows were. By the way, we have three separate sections in the lanai, each with three doors. The doors are so heavy that it takes two men to lift each one. On completion of the job and my inspection, I happily paid the balance of the bill. A week later, I was sitting on the lanai and noticed that one of the doors and the screen panel behind it were not exactly parallel. The doors slid easily, they locked easily and frankly I should have been perfectly satisfied. But I'm picky. Now though since I had paid in full, I figured I'd have to live with it as is but I called the company and mentioned it. That was last Friday, and Vice President/Field Supervisor told me he would get to my house on Monday (this week). He arrived Monday, fiddled with the doors a bit and aligned them to my satisfaction but not to his. The next day he and his installers tried to true the doors, and they did to my satisfaction, but again not to his satisfaction. So, the doors came out, the floor was releveled and three days later (today) the job was done to Liviu Matasta's satisfaction, and of course it exceeded mine. My point is that I had paid for the job in full, the check was cashed and they did not have to do a thing except maybe readjust the doors. Even though I was satisfied, Liviu did the job all over from scratch so that it was up to his expectations.

Sales process was excellent and they like to have everything in writing which was great because the installers knew exactly what to do. Paperwork process after the sale is confusing because it is just mail out standard forms that do not relate to the specific order. Even though I was told they would get the associations approval I ended up doing it but in hindsight that is what the paperwork does state. Scheduling did not appear to be proactive as I had to call and that is when I found out I needed to do the association approval even though I provided all of this information to the sales person in an email. When they did finally call for the installation they showed up right on time and left the place clean just like they found it. The installers reviewed the screens with me, explained how the city inspection would work and then took away the old blinds that were stored in the closet just as the paper stated without having to be asked.

During the two week period while the shutters were being manufactured, Lifestyle Shutters kept us informed on status and the projected start date. This is a very professional activity and keeps the customer happy. The work started on the projected date and was completed in one and a half days. The work is excellent and the job site was completely cleaned at the end of the job.
